1. Contract Formation & Online Orders
By submitting an order, you verify that you are at least 18 years old and that all details provided are accurate. All food orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any order. The contract for order preparation is completed only when you receive our confirmation email.
2. Delivery & Collection Estimates
We endeavor to prepare and deliver your meal within the estimated timeframes. However, conditions beyond our control (such as traffic volume or peak times) may cause delays. Minimum order value thresholds must be met to qualify for home delivery options.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policies
You have the right to cancel your order up to 2 hours prior to your selected delivery or collection slot by contacting us. Cancellations made inside this window are non-refundable as fresh preparation has already started.
4. Customer Care & Governance
